Working through challenges. Lots of stuff going on at work and in personal life causing too much sitting (meetings, cars), not enough water, and too much stress. It sounds like we all have "stuff" to work through, so I'll skip the details. Here are my weights for the last seven days:
06/06 129
06/07 131.6
06/08 130
06/09 129.8
06/10 131.6
06/11 131
06/12 136.2
Yesterday, I was under 1300 calories, under 60 carbs, and spent most of the day driving. I am wearing my compression stockings today, and pushing water. I don't know if my PCP would be willing to give me parameters for increasing water pill dosage at a certain weight jump threshold. I have started charting measurements, so hopefully that will help us get a handle on this. I KNOW I didn't gain 5+ lasting pounds overnight, but this number so, so scary to me. Hating lymphedema.
We can all get through these challenges !! Paula... I'm soaring on a zip line with you today, every time my head starts to play games !! Thanks for posting that picture! Linda.. loved the view out the windows of your new home!! I'm glamping with you too !

Hey great skinnies
Love the zip line picture. Looks like a hoot.
So far a nice family visit. Made a roast turkey breast in a bag last night and roasted beets and odds and ends. worked ok. Tonight is probably the chinese restaurant that was the favorite of Hubby's sister.
131 today.
You will not believe what I ate yesterday - probably the worst thing in the world but I was curious. It was a waffle cone made out of a cornbread like batter and then filled with mashed potatoes and gravy! You could get them with extras like cheese and roast brisket and such but I just had the plain. Could only eat about half of it. Curiosity satisfied and I will probably never eat another one. This was at the farmers market where we got the beets and shopped around and had fabulous cappuccino at a great little sidewalk place. I bought an expensive coat on sale that I have no need for but it has fabulous embroidery. It needs a pair of *****in' boots which i will never get. Maybe leggings since it didn't look too good with the sweat pants. Will send a pic to Shel to post since I can't do it.
Overall having a good event but tomorrow is the scattering of the ashes and the specified beach area will be difficult. Most of us will jus****ch from an overlook.
Hubby overate this morning to the point of barfing. Lovely.
Sunny calm day. Might be the better day to do the ashes but too many tourists will be around.
Puppy continues to redecorate the house.

Sending you strength Diane. And glad you bought the coat, which we must see. Why no *****in' boots? Inquiring minds want to know lol.

Prayers for Orlando.
Also, for all of you going through difficult times.
We attended church this morning with our new pastor and first impressions were positive. Walmart shopping. Laundry. No exercise today.
My scale is broken as it's back at 160.6#... So frustrating!!! But, I know I'm on plan so waiting for it to final release.
I made a delicious shrimp spaghetti squash light Alfredo with jalepenos from my garden. Andy said it was excellent. I thought it was, too. I love shrimp!!!
Hang in there!!! I have a couple of difficult meetings tomr at school. Summer's don't necessarily mean we're off!!
Enjoy the evening with the Tony Awards.
You're doing the work and the scale will reward you for it. That's a given!
