To my way of thinking, 200.6 is less than 201, so that means it's 200, so congrats on reaching your goal!!

You're the best! But remember the goal is to be UNDER 200, so 199.9 here I come!

Good Afternoon!  I'm up a pound but knew it would probably happen after this weekend and my teacher friend made her Death by Chocolate Brownies.  I couldn't refuse!!!!  They are the best brownies in the whole wide world.  I savored every bite...I did refuse store bought cake Sunday.

It's a BUSY week...lots to do!  Little time for exercise but keeping my food on point will help.  I'm feeling more in control each day.  My head is in a good place at the moment.

Hoping everyone is on the mend soon!  I'm going to the chiropractor today for a monthly adjustment.  I have my ladies meeting tonight, too.

My class needs to finish Valentine cards, boxes and cards to the legislators.  We are state funded only and need to pull on the heart strings of the legislators to keep us open.

Enjoy the rest of the day!!

Hi all. Sounds like everyone is doing great but me.  I am up to 130, my absolute alarm zone. Yesterday I felt sort of achy all over for no known reason. Took a walk at the bird sanctuary to see if i could walk it off.  Came home and took advil which i haven't done in months. Feeling better to day. Guess its mother nature reminding me that I get to sign up for medicare in a few months. whoop de do.

Still trying so set up a half baked art show that I am not enthusiastic about. oh well.  And gallery duty this afternoon which will be slow. have to walk in circles and exercise by sweeping and dusting.

Last nights dinner was leftover tai coconut soup with a few pot stickers and a spring roll. Not exactly bariatric fare.  full of salt and who knows what else.  Bak to black eyed peas and watching the primary results. We are political junkies which I regard as a sign of aging brain.

Take care all.  Your fearless leader is hoping for a big poop to take care of this unwanted weight.    diane s

Hi friends. Scale remains at 113 and I'm still being careful with my calories pre trip. So excited to be going east to see family!

Getting errands done today and expecting a friend over for coffee this afternoon. Must be mindful that only one of the two bite brownies is for me. Not sure I can keep them in the house after so hopefully DH polishes them off tonight. Going into work for a short shift later, so a fairly full day.

Hope you are all well this afternoon.

At multiple works sites today, they ALL HAVE BAGELS!  I didn't have a bagel.  I had my usual foods with me and am past the point of people wondering why I have little glass containers of this and that.  They all know (or guess) about my WLS because they have known me forever and are medical folk.  They are no fools with it comes to someone losing 200+ lb.

126.7 today.  Yoga on tap for tonight....didn't think I could make it to personal training on time because of schedule weirdness.

I love all the self reflection above and am inspired.

Good for you passing on the bagels! Sometimes it's hard to do that on busy days. The old habit of grabbing what's easy often hits me. We had yet another platter of cookies in the lunch room today - homemade oatmeal by my favorite baker! I passed, too! It is our day.

Congratulations!  It DOES feel good after the fact :)

There was a boxed lunch, too.  But I had ordered a greek grilled chicken salad so that was manageable.  I knew the enclosed chocolate chip cookie was mass produced somewhere....definitely not baker quality, so easy to pass up.  I did have 3 sun chips, just because.

Just got back from the Dr. and yes, I tested positive for the flu.  I have a fever with chills and sweats and achiness all over.  Not so sure I'll be able to stick exactly to my diet--all I wanted this morning was crackers and chicken broth!  But I will try to stay within my allotted calories.  Sounds like I'm off work the rest of the week.  And my bosses are out of town so they really needed me.  I just don't feel like it--and I don't want to pass this along to anyone else either.  What do you guys do when you're sick?  This flu really has me on my butt.  I woke up at 5 this morning, but then slept from 7:30-11:30.
