Hi all! 

Quick check in after grooming dogs today.... 

Weight same as yesterday. Had the damndest time with sugar cravings yesterday, but I knew that might happen. To help myself, I cleaned out of the cupboards, fridge, and freezer any item that could work as a "binge" food. So now the cupboard is bare of any easy to grab and eat food. This is good, but at the same time sort of sad (can't you just hear that little red food devil sitting on my shoulder bemoaning the fact that there isn't any crap food in the house to eat?).

Going to nail Ron down today to pick a day to start the sugar reset together. If he bails on me, I will start on Sunday by myself. Our last obligation to socialize where a meal is involved is on Saturday. 

Eating totally on point today, so far. So much so, in fact, that at 4:20 I realized I had only had a protein shake and my very light lunch. Only 460 calories so far for the day. Not enough, so I'm eating a Greek yogurt with berries and nuts. 

Been musing about diets and diet mentality today. Once I get it sorted out, I'll see if I can write it down.
