...of transparency, here's my in progress photo on the way back to goal. The dog that photo bombed is little Lucy.

First pic is 10 pounds less than the second pic. The second pic is my 1st anniversary of reaching goal after a year of heavy duty working out. 

So there you have it: Where I am, where I've been, and where I want to go! 

Hubba hubba you're looking really damn good my friend!  You're looking a lot more like the bottom pics!  And I remember that 'white' pic - it caused quite a stir :-). Hello sweet Lucy!
