Daily maintenance weigh in Feb 17

Hi all. 122.5, down 1.5 from yesterday's uncool 124.   seems ridiculous that we obsess about these fluctuations of a couple of pounds. But at least they act as a wake up call and remind us to get back at it if we have strayed.  I had eaten a few off program items and while it was not 5000 calories worth, the higher scale number kicked me to stop that stuff. at least for now . . . .   diane
