Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Wednesday, October 15, 2014
I'm at 114.5 today. A momentous day in that I'm two years out from surgery today and I'm still below goal. I'm reflecting with gratitude and feeling a tremendous sense of accomplishment. While the journey is still underway, I consider the milestones I've accomplished over this time to be some of my most daunting and important.
I've decided to try a stint without logging my food This is a first, but I'm finally feeling ready to try. I'm sure there will still be times of logging, but I'm no longer needing it for the day to day. At least I don't think so ....
Have a a great day!

122.5. Spencerella your post made me realize there is no need for me to fuss about half a pound. I am approaching 5 years and am still under the goal set by my doctor at 130 to 140. and I too quit tracking a little over a year ago. by now i know what i need to eat and what i should not eat. you will too and its easy to go back to tracking if you need to. but i bet you don't. this journey is for the rest of our lives but getting the habits nailed down in the first couple of years is a big part of it. diane
