It's official--I'm sick. Damn ****ty way to spend the rest of my fall break. Evil virus *****es.
I have my 2-year WLS check up with my doctor today. Kind of looking forward to it and I kind of want to curl up under a blanket all day.
Okay, I'm off to attack the day and spread viral cheer.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
yuck, colds and such are so miserable. chicken soup all around.
120 today. did a million chores and running around yesterday. got so tired i fell asleep on the sofa and forgot to eat dinner and didn't miss it. d
