Daily Maintenance Weigh In Friday, August 16, 2013

109.2 today.  That is 1.4 pounds less than yesterday but still four pounds higher than I plan on being soon.  I ate on plan yesterday and it was much easier to do.  I think I am back in action now and the weight will come off in the next week to two weeks. 

124.2 today. Under goal which is great, but it's hard to wrap my head around not losing anymore now that I'm in maintenance.  I remember what a mind f&@k getting into the groove after surgery was for me, but I did it so I have confidence I will get my head around this new phase too. 

Working for awhile this morning, then going out for a motorcycle ride to practice highway riding skills. I'm still scared, but I keep overcoming and pushing forward. And boy the results are rewarding and fun!  This is something I've wanted my entire life and would not have done with the extra 100#

Freeway riding - woohoo!!!  That must be so much fun!  My dinky little scooter isn't freeway-legal, and even if it were, I wouldn't dare!  I'm so glad you're getting to do something you've always wanted.  Keep us posted on your progress!

Long, long day ending with a craptastic dinner that ended up sending back. Can't tell you how much it ****** me off when I have to send food back. I get to eat so little of it already.
