Now that I am in maintenance I am getting less than 1200 calories per day and about 80-100 g of carbs. The carbs are higher than My nut wants, so I am probably going to eliminate the quest bars as a source of calories or cut them way back. They want me to get no more than 15g of carbs per meal which would put me betwwen 45 and 75 id you count my in-between snacks as "Meals".

I'm running in the 2000 calories per day range; carbs are typically 150-200 g per day which is what's leftover after 120ish g protein, 60-80g fats and appropriate fruits, veg and grains to have a reasonably balanced healthy diet (would still like to bump up the friut/veg content a little more but haven't found the room yet.)

I'm at about 1500 calories per day and increase that 200-300 on my longer run days (when I burn 500+ calories). Carbs vary depending on the day. Can be as low as 60 or as high as 100. I try to get them from veggies, fruit, complex grains and Quest bars, although the occassional indulgence sure ups them quickly!

The past 7 days I have averaged 1707 calories, 130g Protein, 130g Carb, 77g fat.
My carbs included 27g fiber, 56g sugars. I did not exercise like I should have this week due to work/personal commentments. That calorie level isn't sustainable for me if I don't bring my exercise level back up from 3 days a week to 5 or so.
