VSG Maintenance Group
A good food find, more maintenance appropriate..
I have been trying to expand my options a bit, while still staying in the thick of loss-mode for a bit longer.
These are wonderful! First "cracker" I've had since surgery.
Tonight's after dinner mini-meal (wait, all my meals are mini!).. Anyway, 2 of these crackers, .5oz Silver Goat Herb & Garlic chevre, and .5oz smoked salmon.. In heaven! Wi****ook a pic, they are pretty, besides being very, very tasty!
Stats on my two loaded crackers.. less than 100cals/4carbs/7protein
Here's the info on the "Krackers".. I got Three Seed and Pumpkin Cheddar (have not tried these..) These are most definitely keepers.

I love those crackers. The local grocery stores carry the larger version that runs 100 cal for a large flatbread style cracker. I liked the Pumpkin Cheddar and 3 Seeded versions. I haven't tried the other ones. I used half a cracker for awhile with my lunch, but they were becoming a problem for me, so I am taking a break from them. I haven't seen the smaller ones. The nutrition stats are pretty good on them. I may try the smaller version.
