I was reading the veggie thread and it made me think of what I use for individual food plating when I am not in the mood for bread. I like to take a mixture of asiago and Parmesan cheeses and make little bowls out of them.

You take a pile of cheese and create a circle about the diameter of a small tea cup saucer on a waxed paper lined baking sheet, and flatten it out. I then sprinkle it with a little garlic-garlic seasoning from tastefully simple, and bake it at 420 for ten minutes. As soon as it comes out of the oven I use a spatula to lay them over inverted tea cups. After about fifteen minutes of cooling, you have great little crispy cheese bowls that are perfect for holding almost any topping.

I usually put pasta in them, but meatballs, veggies, shredded steak.. The possibilities are endless and delicious...

Another thing you can do with them is make a decent taco shell.  This is a such a great trick for low carbing.  Like you said, the possibilities are endless.  I love your little tea cup idea.  I could do alot with that!!

Good questions. I have never had leftovers so I am not certain, but I would guess that they would lose their crispiness. They literally take 11 minutes to make, so I make them fresh each time, and only 4 at a time. If I made extra we would just keep eating them! Ha ha.. And I am all about eating everything I want, just in moderation..
