I would love to see cows in the pasture that way! 

I tend to see them as a potential stampeding herd that might kill me. I guess it's kind of a phobia of mine.

cuts of beef vary quite a bit in calories due to fat content. but generally if its lean, its about 60 to 70  cal per ounce and 8 g protein per ounce. I have a great paperback book with all the food counts in it that is really useful.  Diane
