 Going for 13,000 steps today.  

Also going to be doing some painting today no a lot of calories burned with that, but I am always sore in the legs and arms the next morn.

3 1/2 mile fast wask with the wild doggie and a huffing and puffing hubbie
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
