The Shangri-La of weight loss

I definitely have big eating days and little eating days.

I still track everything but in a much less obsessive way. However, I do have to track. If I don't, I tend not to get enough protein in and my hair starts to fall out again. But what I am doing now is tracking at MyFitnessPal.com and entering in the daily number into the BodyMedia FIT Activity Manager every couple of days. So I don't know every day if I'm eating over or under. I only know it when I take stock every couple of days.
