Heading out for a 90-minute Zumba Toning class in about an hour!

Just got back from an hour-long butt-kicking session at boot camp! I always say 11:30 on Saturday is the best moment of the week, because that's the end of the 10:30 session and I have the rest of the weekend free!

I'm 5'2" and 55 years old.  VSG 3/17/10

I am barely  moving compared to you guys, but I am moving compared to a month ago and that's what counts.

20 minutes of music & motion this morning even though I have a cold. thank you.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.
