Thanks Cindy from the slug queen. Still in my jammies with coffee but its sunny for the moment here so I think I will be able to get out and walk the dogs and maybe do the x box tonight as hubby will be out and thereby relinquish control of the big tv to me. So gonna try to move it some today. Really need to get some upper body strength going as I am gonna take a surfing class this spring and gotta get some muscles in my noodle arms.  Diane

lol you are welcome!!  I wanted to give credit where credit was due

Good for you, sounds like a plan.  Enjoy your walk, your pups will love you for it!

If hubby has a hard time giving up the TV.  Why don't you get your own TV, then you would have no excuses   Oh I am bad, sorry!

All I do is walk, I need to tone, so I need to buy a mat!!  Perhaps I should ask myself the same question.  "Why don't I buy a mat, and then I will have not excuses!"

I did my 30+ minutes at Curves this morning. I may take my dogs for a walk if it doesn't rain again today.

Once again late to the gym this morning, so had less than 20 minutes to work out. I walked/ran a mile in 17 minutes and then jogged to and from the parking lot to my car (and ran up the stairs) for about 20 minutes total workout. I'm not going to be able to do anything else today probably because I have a lunch time appt. and am seeing the chiro in the evening.

Over the weekend on Friday and Saturday I did about 8 hours total of hard labor cleaning out my garage, cleaning my yard and scrubbing baseboards, chasing around my son's twin girlfriends (3 kids 6 years old, all deaf/heard of hearing is a lot to keep up with) and then went for a walk with some VSG folks on Sunday in the mall.

So exercise is good, food is OK.. been slow with weight loss lately and it's frustrating for sure. It's hard not to think the worse when you are in it, even though I know others go through the same thing. Going to try to increase my fluid intake.. may do nothing but at least I would feel like I am trying.

I am so proud of you honey.  Your body may just be adjusting inches right now.  It will come off, just keep doing the right things and before you know it the scale will be moving again.

VSG on 05/04/09 with
3!!  YOu walked 3 miles!

Am finally through with work, had to work on a hard to get lines account and my parts hurt, but hey, work is work.

About to go with fella and 2 out hiking for 4 miles, and then zumba tonIGHT.

ZUUUMBAAA!!!
