Thank you Mini.me.  We all have had the same experiences and the sleeve is to be thanked for giving us this opportunity.

Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

Hi Roo!  I think I'll just keep doing what I'm doing and see where the scales go.  It would be nice to wear a 12, but I'm so happy where I am.

What a great post!  I am so happy for you.  You look so great in your picture and I agree with your doctor, your body will stop  where it is comfortable.  Enjoy your accomplishments and your new freedom of movement.  You are an inspiration to many and I am glad you are on this board to share your warmth, kindess and wisdom.

Oh Elina, one of my sleeve heros!  You have always been such an inspiration.  I'm glad you keep coming back to OH for support and guidance.

Hey Wanda, This is OT but i just tried to send you a pm and couldn't. so friend me if you like. What I wanted to tell you is that out here on the northern California coast there is snow predicted tomorrow night. It only snows here on the coast about once every 10 years so everyone is having a COW!  Acting like a major disaster is coming. As a midwesterner for 50 years, I think this is so funny. No one has any idea how to drive a car in what will be at best 1/4 inch of snow that will melt off in a few hours. There will be wrecks gallore and I just hope no one it hurt.

Thought you would see the humor in this.  Diane

That is funny!  We Iowans know how to drive in this stuff.  Our snow finally all melted last week and now it's snowing again.  Expecting 5-7 inches.  Sigh.  I'm so ready for spring!   Tell those panic stricken Californians that at least it's snow and not an earthquake.
1/4 inch of snow.  That's not snow, that's a little white dust.

There will be late starts for school tomorrow.  The kids are even getting tired of snow days.  It "cleans" things up a bit.  As you probably remember, this time of year is really  ugly.  Everything is brown, muddy and gloomy.  Won't start seeing green buds on the trees until April.  So the snow does brighten things up a bit.  I'll be happy when I don't have huge heat bills again.  Then I'll be complaining about the heat.

Mother Nature has a wicked sense of humor.
