Regain after hitting goal,

I refuse to admit defeat. I gained that 8 lbs and I have only been able to lose 3 of them even though I am eating the way I am supposed to. It's not like in the beginning when it was so much easier. but I  will not give up. If I do, I am positive the 8 I gained would turn into 18!
