Roasted Vegetables

Try to keep all pieces approx the same size so they cook evenly
 yellow or white onion, chopped
 russet potatoes, cubed
 carrots, sliced
corn, either on the cob or not
zucchini cut into pieces
drizzle with 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
basically any root veggies will work
season to taste, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash's-whatever
and wrap in foil.
place on baking sheet and bake at 375 for 45" to an hour.
