We have undergone thru amazing circumstances to get to where we are and where we want to be.  Start off by setting small attainable goals.  Ask questions of the "APPROPRIATE" people when necessary.  Accept small victories and deal with defeats (without eating).  We are here to support each other because Who needs support We all do !!!
