OMG 15 LBS IN 4 WEEKS.. I LOVE... June 28, 2008 2:09 am OMG- She has really done it this month. Melissa after getting a fill 4 weeks ago has lost 15.3 lbs. I am so happy, I can see how much more motivated seeing this number than when she has a few months of low losses. Being a support group leader and now working to become a Life Coach propels her further into her passion for public speaking. She impresses me so much her love for me, our girls and my mom grows as she shows this by the care for her health, proved through her strength in losing weight. I know that I sound like a broken record but I am so proud of her and of any person who can make this type of a life changing decision. As the great Dr. Rehnke says “You didn’t gain it in a day and you won’t loose it in a day”. But 15.3 in 4 weeks WOW. I just love her so much and ask God to keep her on this track towards continued health.

June 24, 2008 12:02 am This is a very easy recipe that I use because it is easy to please the whole family...some don't eat ham, some no cheese, others just the chicken. But everyone loves it. Relatively inexpensive to fix and definately high protein low carb version. For the family I serve it with rice. For me I add a little extra spinach and skip the rice.
