My surgery was done on October 11th I came home October 12th and so far so good!
Very excited for the future!

I am having Gastric Sleeve surgery on October 11th and wanted to start a group for people who live upstate to see what services are available up here, the best places for smaller portions of eating and best places for judgement free working out.

I belong to one of the local YMCAs and have found they are super encouraging!
