OK, now that I put that out there and couldn't get it recalled,
I realize we need to plan and plan again!! So with that being said if we can plan to indulge on the exact day of the holiday and plan our attack we can plan to get right back on our programs the next day and all days in between,right! We really won't feel deprived and we are actually following our plan! Aren't we?
