I haven't read anything lately, but the last book I was wrapped up in was the Khalia Ali book on her lapband surgery journey and it was really good. I would truly recommend that for anyone in the pre-surgery part of this lifestyle change. Those post might enjoy it also.
My next book I'm looking into is how to get your home organized. That is one of my hopes for this year.

I'm in on the challenge. I'm on my 2nd 32 oz water jug for today. On the other post "checking in", I left an idea for the winner. I will gladly purchase a new water bottle for the one that wins this week's challenge if you will send me the winner's name and address on my personal email address or call me and let me know.
I love challenges however short or long in duration. It is very motivating to me. Thanks for starting this one.

I'm reading "Passing for Normal: A Memoir of Compulsion" by Amy Wilensky. It's about her experiences having Tourette's syndrome and OCD. Previously, I read another book by this author "The Weight Of It: A Story of Two Sisters" about her sister who had gastric bypass surgery and I really enjoyed it.

I will accept that challenge also. Doing 80 oz per day will be a challenge for me. So I'm in for that. Do you want us to report daily or at the end of the week. Where do you get a water buffalo. How about a new water bottle for the winner. Good luck everyone.

YEAH! We've got a taker! I'm on my 2nd bottle of water now. I'm not doing as well as I had hoped. I would really like to be on #3 right now. But...tis life.
