Topic: Having the hardest time meeting goals...

I stay so busy that it's so hard to try and get vitamins, protien, and water in. I've got the protien thing going ok. I'm short on water and it's always a struggle to get vitamins. I've always taken vitamins...ONCE a day. I don't know how to take them 3+ times a day. Anyone have any suggestions on the fewest # of times you can take them a day and get it all in???

You know, it's never too late to join this! I'm sure you have an idea of what your intake was the last several days...go ahead and join in! And, there's always next week to try in on the fun. I think I'll do this each week. I was only able to get in about 75 ounces yesterday. But...today is new day! Tonja

WOOOOHOOOO!!!!!!!!!! I got 90 oz today. I love this challenge it brings out the best in me. Helps that I had to take a pee drug test for the new job today. I had to do it three times. First time I just didn't have enough. Then went back later after 2 bottles of water and 1/2 of a hot tea and I had more then enough, but as I was pulling my pants up the cup was on the sink and slid and dumped into the sink. So I stepped out and drank two more cups of water and the rest of my tea and ended up with just enough. So that was my day peeing in a cup all day. But hey got my water in!!!!!!!!! edited for spelling

Thank you both for the support. I really feel great today. I am now at 90 OZ this water post is so great, give me a challenge and watch me go.

Let's eat and socialize. Who's game? Monday, January 14th @ 6:30pm at Applebee's...located at 3521 S. Broadway. It is on the Broadway Extension. I know they have a pretty good selection/choices on food. This will be a great learning experience and a wonderful way to meet new people. So, please list if you will be coming. Tonja

That is so great!!! Congratulations on your new job. That is so exciting!!!

I'm so proud of you for getting your water today. Make sure you post your daily total to the Water Challenge board. I keep forgetting to do that so that Tonja doesn't have to look for it. I have to go back and do that. I hope you enjoy your new job. My interview yesterday didn't feel like it went well. It would be a big promotion for me and a huge challenge. I like my job now, but after doing the same job for 13 years I need a change/challenge again. Keep up the great work.
