I've been missing in action!

I've been painting inside my house...and it's done.  YEAH!  I think I've gotten in lots of exercise - no doubt about that! Tonja

I'm back  from Ada where I've been the last 5 days.  Boy am I tired.  I don't get a lot of rest when I at my mom's house due to having way to much fun with my sister, niece and great niece and nephew.  We had a wild party with a bunch of 5 yr olds - all little girls.  Boy to they have energy. I think I did pretty good on my "diet"  will know on Saturday when I go to weigh****chers.  I know I didn't do well on my water intake though.  I forgot to keep track on a couple of days so I will let you know for the days I did track and it was a great total of 176 ounces Thursday  through today. Have a great evening and I will be back tomorrow.

Been in exile at my Mums -stinking tree!   LOL.  Gone gone gone!  Tree begone!  I'd set it off with a big bonfire but we already caught the neighbors lawn on fire when the power lines went down so no more hijinks from Deb for awhile.
