How is everyone doing on their protien intake?  I'm finding that is key for me and hunger control.

I could be doing so much better.  During the week I am doing great cus I make sure and get an extra drink while I am at work, but the weekends it stinks.  I get 40g on a good day on the weekend.  I am just no good and before I know it it is already 5 pm.

Today I had a bit of smoked turkey for a snack.  Mom said "that's not a snack, that's a meal" and I said "nope, it's a snack".  I've noticed I get "hungrier" more often and go for the carb snacks-cereal mix, etc...so I decided if it was real hunger I could eat turkey...if I didn't want turkey, it wasn't hunger.

Now, the truth is, I'm not a big meat eater, so that won't fly, but it is one good way of judging if your hunger is real or not.
