Water Challenge - 01/14 through 01/20

This will be the new challenge starting on Monday, January 14th.  This past week went really well and I am so happy to see everyone reporting such wonderful water intake amounts.  So, let the challenge begin...again!

I'm in for another week.  I hope to get more water in this week and to exercise more this week.  I'll post later tonight for my daily total.  Have a great day.

I am in  again.  This has got to get better.  I started theexcercise too, so maybe that will help.

Thanks Tonja for the water bottle.  What would be the best way to get if from you?  So far today I've had 42 ounces.  I will post later on my total.

Yesterday my water intake was so bad!  But, I've made up for it today.  But, the headache is back.  I think I have a sinus infection! Tonja

I started my new job yesterday.  Things are going really well.  Although I forgot to post my water yesterday and I don't even remember what it was.  Today I am doing really well, I am at 72 oz.

Take care of yourself, Tonja.   My water intake for today is 94 ounces.  I will be out of town starting Thursday evening through Monday.  My mom does not have a computer.  I will try to keep track of my water intake while I'm gone. Goodnight......
