Water Challenge!

Wow I wish I knew about this at the begining of the week. I need all the help I can to get my fluids in.  Tressa

You know, it's never too late to join this!  I'm sure you have an idea of what your intake was the last several days...go ahead and join in!  And, there's always next week to try in on the fun.  I think I'll do this each week. I was only able to get in about 75 ounces yesterday.  But...today is new day! Tonja

Ok not as good today.  I got in 70 oz.  I am so tired I am on my way to bed.  I will check in tomorrow.

Tonja, here is a hug for you also for putting this together and you are so motivating to me and to others. Water for today 84 ounces.  Will try to get in more tomorrow.  I'm so excited - my mom is coming up to visit for a few days.  I weigh in on Saturday morning at Weigh****chers to see how I did this week.  By my scales I'm down around 6 pounds for this week.  Tha****er really helps. Okay - I only got in about 82 ounces yesterday.  I had a horrible migraine yesterday.  We'll see what today holds! Tonja

Water intake for today was 100 ounces.  It took me all day to get that all in before bed.  Now I'm sloshing (sp?)  around on my way to bed.  Tomorrow is weigh in at Weigh****chers so I will let you know tomorrow night on it and on the water intake. Good night.

I am at 65 oz today.  I got to step it up tomorrow.  I am going to be doing housework and the kids and I are going to the park, so maybe I will attach a bottle to my hip again.  That seems to be the only way to get it all in.  I sitll have not hit 100 at all.  That is my goal tomorrow, keep up the protien and get the water in. 

We will start another one on Monday.  I've go****er bottles so we'll just continue and do it again starting Monday.  We'll have one winner each week.  What I'm wanting is for everyone to put in their final total on Sunday night/Monday morning and I'll announce the winner. I'm so glad that you all are enjoying! Once I find out who the winner is, I'll mail or hand deliver the prize! YEAH! Tonja

Good morning all.  I'm putting in my water consumption of Saturday, January 18th.  I had 118 ounces.  I hope everyone is doing well this beautiful Sunday morning.  My mom and I are having a great visit so I'm not on the computer very often while she is here. I got in my 30 minutes of treadmill yesterday and at Weigh****chers I lost 2.4 pounds this week.  A little bit closer to my goal.  Will check in later today or tonight late for my water amount for Sunday.  Have a great, blessed Sunday.
