How exciting that Obesity Help has added this new feature for leaders. I love anytime of group anything online. YEAH OH!
So here I am...almost 15 months post op from having the Lap Band surgery. I am 85 pounds lighter than when I began. There are so many things that I have accomplished since October 12, 2006. It blows me away first off that I am this far out. It seems just like yesterday. I have zero regrets. I want to say that again...I HAVE ZERO REGRETS!!! This is the greatest gift in my life that I have ever received. Sometimes I think that I wish I would have had it a long time ago...but...I had to be FAT several times in order to appreciate this.
