3 month check up

I was hoping we could get more started on this forum.  I went to my check up today and I have already lost 70 lbs and 40 inches.  That's enough to keep you motivated.  Is anybody else have sucesses?

Thanks, I do feel good about the things I am doing now and the amount of energy I have.  I was hoping we could really get this support group going on here.  It would be nice to talk to people that have the same information being fed to them.  I read so much BS on some of these forums that it makes me glad I had the surgery done at St Lukes.

Congratulations!  I am scheduled to have my surgery on 26.September.2009.  I am scared to death and hope that I do as well as you have.  Keep up the good work!
