So then today...I had 2 slices of chicken deli sliced meat and 2 slices havarti cheese and I was so full it hurt... I mustve ate too fast cuz theres no way that shoulda all went down... I felt crappy and then the guilt kicked in too... it wasnt that it wasnt time (VSG 7/19/10) I dont think but the amount was ridiculous...uggg and I even gained a half a lb or so...I was bummed...so I ate half of the amount today we shall see. I am obsessed with the dang scale every morning... so maybe tom I will lay off the addiction...LOL I was losing a lb a day and that happened kinda bummed me out for the day ...do you think thats stupid?? I feel like the more food I am eating the more I am not going to lose weight how can I ? I was losing cuz I was on protein shakes and popsicles..well I am sure theres a method to this madness...Lisa

This is what happend to me..
Today while on a food run for my husband and crew... I decided to grab some topings off of left over pizza my husband ordered . Although I am about 1 day shy of going off liquids and on to mushies... I thought.. what the heck.
I chewed and chewed and pulverized that cheese and meat. I only took about two quarter size bites and wanted more, but I stopped anyway and in a few minuts I was full... really full......now two hours later.. oooohhh. my belly is not really hurting, but doesn't feel so good. Like it's heavy.... Stupid... stupid... I'm going to drink as much liquids as my little stomach can handle. I wish I could barf... but so far haven't reach that point yet... but I'm sure it will come.
Getting into pizza is one of the things that got me overweight. WHAT's Wrong with ME>>> stupid..

You girls are doing so well. My doctor told me... "liquids for three weeks" he repeated this ... if not once... four times.
So you are way ahead of me. My three weeks ends Friday. Hopefully I'll get some ideas of what you are eating.
I made fresh soups this weekend.. and still haven't craved anything much more. Little frightened to venture out.
You are doing so well. Yeah..... my doctor didn't want me on mushies until my third week. which is Friday.
I am still extremly fatiqued as you mentioned... I think that extra protein might be helping you. I look forward to your next message.

We live near an Amish farmers market and I get chicken croquets then puree them and have fat free chicken gravy on them, yummy.
I also like to have greek yougart with sugar free fat free cheesecake pudding mix. I've also pureed canned peaches and pears.
I just got some pre cooked turkey meatballs and beef gravy to go with it but have mot tried them yet.
I got Hormel premade meatloaf gross gave my reflux.
Of course I have my protein drink 2 times a day too. They have 36grams of protien each so Im good for that.
Thursday I get to move on to soft foods. I haven't decided what I'm having first. I still have trouble sometimes swallowing its actually a few minutes after I eat like its traveling down to my stomach. I think I may be eating to fast.
Maybe scrambled eggs and some pureed ham in it. Oh and some cheese, I love cheese.
I'm gonna have to research this stage further I need some variety in my food choices.
If any one has any suggestions let me know. I'm going to look on eggface again she has GREAT recipes.
