What is everyone eating?
I am about 2.5 weeks out....last night I ventured out and had a few bites of lasagna....it was pretty soupy and mushy and I cut it in a million pieces and chewed chewed chewed....
I got about 5 teaspoons in, and was full.....
Then later last night I got the acidy feeling....I think it's the marinara sauce....so.....took my nexium, and am back to lentils and soups today......
What are you guys eating.....
It seams like lentils will be one of my staples.....

Same thing happened to me I made Shellys Ricotta cheese bake on theworldaccordingtoeggface.com web site. It was so good but later that night I woke up choking on my own stomach acid it was very scary!! Since then I ve had a few episodes of waking up with that creeping up my throat feeling and I think it because what ever I'm having Im eating too late at night. I'm on a protonics as well.
We live near an Amish farmers market and I get chicken croquets then puree them and have fat free chicken gravy on them, yummy.
I also like to have greek yougart with sugar free fat free cheesecake pudding mix. I've also pureed canned peaches and pears.
I just got some pre cooked turkey meatballs and beef gravy to go with it but have mot tried them yet.
I got Hormel premade meatloaf gross gave my reflux.
Of course I have my protein drink 2 times a day too. They have 36grams of protien each so Im good for that.
Thursday I get to move on to soft foods. I haven't decided what I'm having first. I still have trouble sometimes swallowing its actually a few minutes after I eat like its traveling down to my stomach. I think I may be eating to fast.
Maybe scrambled eggs and some pureed ham in it. Oh and some cheese, I love cheese.
I'm gonna have to research this stage further I need some variety in my food choices.
If any one has any suggestions let me know. I'm going to look on eggface again she has GREAT recipes.

You girls are doing so well. My doctor told me... "liquids for three weeks" he repeated this ... if not once... four times.
So you are way ahead of me. My three weeks ends Friday. Hopefully I'll get some ideas of what you are eating.
I made fresh soups this weekend.. and still haven't craved anything much more. Little frightened to venture out.
Soup soup soup...blah I cant take it anymore... although I did see a butternut squash I wanted to try but I was over it by the time I was at the market... so I bought organic chicken slices and cheese and had that...it was fine a bit hard to digest and i didnt lose anything.. but for protein i have those protein shots and I mix it with Propel and crystal light it goes down easier... also i had cottage cheese and I had hummus..and Wendys chili was good...one of the girls said she had tuna salad and that was good...I will try that tom...i bought all my food at a whole foods market which I never used to do... it is big time now worth the extra $$$
