i am feeling really good, i have lots of energy lately. So i did my spring cleaning this past weekend. I haven't had the ambition to do anything prior to surgery because i have been so tired and wore out with working 50+ hours a week. i actually look forward to coming home and doing something outside instead of plopping down in front of the tv and napping. i hope all goes well with you and good luck!
thanks Sarahl! wow, I've been trying to figure that out for a couple weeks now. how are you feeling? i'm supposed to hear from the nutritionist today and get started on my pre-op diet. i'm so ready for this!!!!!
Open a picture, then find a tab for resizing it. I usually go by percentage. Reduce the size down to 90%, save as, then try to upload it, if it is still too big, then reduce the size again just a little at a time. It can be time consuming, but you will eventually get the hang of it.
at the top of the page there in blue area where you see Home Articles etc.. click the tab for Health Tracker. under that tab you will see another tab for Ticker and Widgets. that is where you will create your Weight Ticker. You can also create weight loss, or other ones. Good luck to you.
also i can't even upload a profile pic. i can't figure out how to make it small enough. i don't know how to change the pixels or whatever it is. any suggestions?
thanks for replying. i'm so frustrated right now because i have handed in all the requirements i needed before i had surgery but i'm still waiting for the nutritionist to get a hold of me. it's been 3 weeks already and i call them every week. have you set a date since your post?
oh yeah, how do you set the weight thing that shows how much you've lost and how much you still want to lose? thanks
thanks for the support. i apologize again because i don't know what the initials mean.. the RNY and DS. i am having the VSG done as well. any input or suggestions you have would be great. is there anything you wish you'd have done different yet? or is there something your struggling with?
