2013 gastric sleevers
looking for friends
Thanks for the reply Sbear5! I appreciate it! Leaving for the hospital in roughly five hours. My surgery is the first of the day! I'm a little nervous and excited. I did get my co-pay paid today so I think I'm all set in that department! Hope your doing well with your fluids. Feel free to write any time!

Hi Crystal...what diet is required for your pre-op? My surgery was July 2nd and pre-op was high protein, no sugar/no carbs. It wasn't bad and I lost ten pounds. Ate quite a bit of fish and vegetables!

My pre-op is 2 shakes and dinner 4 oz of protein and 1/2 cup of non starchy veggies. I also get 2 SF Jello's, 2 SF popsicles and 2 servings of Broth.
I have been on it now since 7/5, started a little early so the beginning days weren't all at work. I have been doing good already lost 9 lbs. Today is the first day where I have a little dizziness going on. Had fish and veggies last night, the evening meals have been like fine dining for me, so Yummy!!!
How are you doing since Surgery? Hope all has been good.

Are you still dizzy? Sometimes that means you aren't drinking enough. (Sometimes it's other things, though.)
