New to the group - have a surgery date

Hi -

My name is Natalie.  I have received my surgery date and now I am totally nervous and overwhelmed.  July 12th is my date.  I will do a 2 week liquid diet and am trying to get myself prepared and stop the "last meal" way of thinking.  When I read info on this website, I get overwhelmed thinking AI am totally not prepared for this etc.   Any words of wisdom from those who have been through this already?
