Yea purchase some Fuji water and powerade zero seems to go down easy. The energy is amazing now went for a hour walk.
Zero I haven't drank Poland water yet Im drinking Aldi's and Sams choice water and have no problems...

Is it me or is Poland spring water goes down hard when i drink it. Think it time to go to Fuji water and purchase some gas strip for the gas in my stomach been walking and some gas are coming but still feel the effect of stuff trying to come back up.
And I'm safely through to the other side - doing it well at the moment. Only one night in hospital, not too much pain and no issues with drinking.
