I've heard of lower body lifts, so I wonder if this is part of it?

Topic: Plastic Surgery for Cellulite or Hanging Skin on Legs - does it exist?
Hi,
I mentioned in my blog that I wore a swimsuit today, and the little 4 year old girl I was with walked up and cupped a baggy stretched out pouch on my large cellulite-dimpled thighs, and said "what is that?". It brought me back to the consultation I had with the plastic surgeon last year, and how he told me I couldn't get successful plastic surgery that really helps make skin on legs tighter (and help cellulite). He said, if a surgery like that did exist the weight of the legs pulling on the scars would rip them open. Anyone heard of other techniques that are successful?
It's a scary thought, going under the knife for pure cosmetics. I don't know if I would ever be able to do it, but I do know, that it crosses my mind. I imagine the thing I want most, above plastic surgery, is acceptance, and even self love? That is what brings me here.
Thanks!
