I am 30 years old I had the surgery just a little over a year ago., have had little to no complications so much so that it is very easy to choose the wrong foods. I have lost almost 50 pounds the medical issues I had prior to surgery are gone, but I have at least 25 pounds to go and I have no idea where to start.
