Hi All,

I've been having a new experience with my new stomach.  I've developed an ulcer at the entrance.  As I fumble along in this new diet, I have discovered that I don't have nearly enough knowledge and despair that I will never know enough.  Does anyone else have this issue?  If not, what issues are you having?  What information would you like to find out about?  Please let me know and I'm sure we will all be happy to help.  Thanks.

My name is Patti Wilt and I am the new facilitator of the Tri-County Weight Loss Surgery (WLS) Support Group. Kay is moving out of state and has asked me to step into her position.  If you are new to this group... Welcome!  If you are returning to this group... Welcome back! We are a group of men and women that have learned to encourage and support each other in our journey for a healthier "me".  All of us have had struggles with weight gain.  This group is intended to support each other as we continue on our road to weight loss and physical fitness.

Sorry it's been so long since I posted but due to family health issues I just didn't have time.  Sadly, my sister went home to Glory April 10th and the grieving process has just about overtaken me. 

Please know you're welcome!  And I hope you can join us this June meeting!  We're planning a picnic at Laurel Springs in La Plata, MD on June 20th and YOU'RE ALL INVITED!  Just bring a covered dish (of food) and come with your entire family!!

Our next meeting is June 17th at the SMECO building opening doors at 6:30 PM...
