I know this is a weight loss site, but real life comes into play and before my surgery I need to be smoke free for 8 weeks. I have been smoke free for 3 days, I know that this isn't a lot, but it is the best that I have ever done. My surgery is scheduled for Oct. 20, 2011. I will do this. If there is any one out there who used to smoke and quit, or needs to quit, please lets chat and kick this habit in the butt!
