Watching the scale go back up

I found out I was pregnant just barely after my 2 year RNY anniversary.  Watching the scale slowly creep up scared the daylights out of me.  I started out at 165 and by the time I gave birth my weight was tipping the scales again at 210!!  My baby is now 3 months old, and I have 15 pounds to get back in my clothes....  Have you had a baby after surgery?  Were you able to pull your weight back off?
