Hi!  I am starting this group in hopes that I will get some people here in Peoria as support for my weight-loss journey. I am going to have bariatric surgery in the next month or so, but the journey is beginning now with beginning to exercise and eating less which adds up to a serious life style change. Because I don't have any family members who will support me in this life style change, I need YOU to help me....and in turn, I will help YOU.  Hopefully, we will be able to get a group of people who can all support each other on our journeys to a healthy lifestyle.
