I don't even know what Biotin is?
The only thing i ever took was spronalacton(sp) for hair and that didn't seem to help me
i just had surgery on the 29th and so far i don't see any change

All i can say is WOW sounds like we have a very similarly story!
I was diagnosed also age 14 and got the wonder full nasty facial hair and it got worse all threw high school ugh...and i kept gaining weight all threw high school, i was on bc forever...
Congrats on getting your surgery date!! (whoop, whoop)

I am not planning on taking biotin since I heard that it doesn't prevent hair loss just encourages new hair growth and isn't specific to your head! And I don't want more facial hair!

Anyways, today is day 3 of me giving up the fake crap. I think us post-ops rely on it way too much. I've been only on water but I think I'm going to try dropping a piece of fresh fruit in my water for flavor. I read a bunch of bad stuff about it in Skinny *****
I started at 324lbs and a size 26. After losing 100 lbs, I became pregnant with my first daughter, who was born in March 2011. My second daughter was born in September 2013. I have maintained a healthy lifestyle and now hover around 160lbs. I would like to get back to the 140lbs before I became pregnant with my second daughter. I read that aspartame turns into phlormadehyde in our systems and that it took 7 attempts for the FDA to approve the stuff. I just read Skinny ***** and I think it's changed my outlook on a lot of crap we put in our bodies.
