Topic: Updates
For those who have been on here a while please update your success stories or at least the success so far. I started at 350 pounds and did not have any periods, was on metaformin, and was starting into high blood pressure. Now I am still at 200 and trying hard to get further down, blood pressure is fine, and no meds. My PCOS is gone according to my doc so I have normal periods (at least that is what I am told) since I have never had a normal one these seem like I am dying because the cramps are harsh and the bleeding is heavy but the doc said normal, I am ovulating, which is not a big deal since I have had my 3 kids and that is it, and the hair growth has stopped as far as I can tell, the new hair, unfortunately the old hair is there to stay. These are my updates, if anyone has any updates pleae share.

If anyone finds something that will help please post it. I also shave and it is starting to look like my husbands chin. Thanks for all the replys to these posts they are very helpful.

Unfortunately, it is something that you'd need to keep using forever. You have to use it twice a day to get results and it might take 8 weeks or more to see any results. It does not stop your hair from growing, it just slows down the rate of growth so they tell you to keep removing your hair with the same method that you're currently using.

It was 83. I just shave but I'm over the shadow and it's too much to tweeze. I wish I could. If I finish the whole tube do you think it will come back? I had laser hair removal maybe 8 years ago and that didn't work

I tried it years ago. I can only imagine how expensive it is now. I paid $80 at least 5 years ago. Actually you might find a coupon on their website if you decide to try it. You have to use it very consistently. Personally I find it easier to pluck so I am never without my tweezermans. I also bought this http://www.qvc.com/qic/qvcapp.aspx/view.2/app.detail/params. item.A200304.desc.Set-of-2-Bellabe-Facial-Hair-Removers.
Good luck with it.

Topic: RE: A "hairy" topic
My hubby doesn't care, knows that I hate it, and that I'm incredibly self conscious about it...in fact, moreso than I ever have been about my weight. I get waxed once a month, and do a tweezer touch-up after two weeks...he helps me get the ones I can't grab. He has always been very kind and understanding of all my PCOS and weight issues, for whatever reason that man loves me unconditionally. It's rather nice.
