What is the most sucessful surgury to treat weightloss and symptoms associated with PCOS?
Hello- I am new to the group and I'm seriously considering weightloss surgery, though I'm afriad that it won't lead to weighloss. I've tried many diets, exercise programs, medication, pyschotherapy, naturopathic remedies, etc and nothing works to balance my hormones enough for the weight to come off.
