I had laser hair removal when I was about 14. I only had two treatments because it's all my mom could afford. 11 years ago it was very expensive! It still is pricey. Anyway, it definitely worked to thin out my hair for a few years, but it's back to being thick again. I went to the doctor last week and he said it isn't permanent despite the reports and that there really is no permanent solution for hair removal. That bums me out. I'm curious to see if you get other responses on this that say otherwise!

I started at 324lbs and a size 26.  After losing 100 lbs, I became pregnant with my first daughter, who was born in March 2011.  My second daughter was born in September 2013.  I have maintained a healthy lifestyle and now hover around 160lbs.  I would like to get back to the 140lbs before I became pregnant with my second daughter.  The sleeve literally gave me LIFE - two beautiful, healthy little girls.  My husband had his VSG with Dr. Marema on 10/1/2012 and is on his weight loss journey, currently down 90lbs.

Whats the pain level of that?  I would be interested if the pain was minimal and the results were good.  I am a furry beast!  I tweeze everyday!!!  I never thought PCOS would effect me like this, it's so defeminizing.  Anyway, can't wait to hear about your results!

It feels like someone snapping a rubberband against your skin.

I had four laser treatments a few years ago and it worked for a little while but it is back now and getting worse all the time.  Hoping that once I have my surgery it will quit growing back.
