I've been dealing with a bum computer as well. LOL.
Got pregnant before surgery, without help, Developed gestational diabetes VERY EARLY in both recent pregnancies (i have a 16 yo, a 3 yo and a 2yo). I had c-sections with all the babies but the first one was because he was breach and over 8 pounds. My 3 year old was delivered at 37 weeks 3 days and was just about 7 pounds. My 2 yo was delivered at 36w 3d and was over 8 pounds (if I'd gone full term, they figure she would have been around 12 pounds!!) So that GD really did impact bigger babies. My 3yo looked like a premie and my 2 yo looked more than full term. The Dr.'s who came and checked my youngest out after the deliver were very disbelieving that she was a month early! They kept asking me if I was sure on my dates....Heck ya, I was. I did chart for a while to get pg with my 3 yo it took us about 2 years to get pg with her. Anyway. that's my pregnancy info.

I've never been pregnant, but hopefully my body will be ready once the weight is off. My PCOS doc said that cysters with a BMI of less than 30 have a much easier time getting pregnant. Let's hope that's the case!
I started at 324lbs and a size 26. After losing 100 lbs, I became pregnant with my first daughter, who was born in March 2011. My second daughter was born in September 2013. I have maintained a healthy lifestyle and now hover around 160lbs. I would like to get back to the 140lbs before I became pregnant with my second daughter. The sleeve literally gave me LIFE - two beautiful, healthy little girls. My husband had his VSG with Dr. Marema on 10/1/2012 and is on his weight loss journey, currently down 90lbs.
Sorry I've been MIA I've been VERY busy with nursing school...anyway...
I was unable to get pregnant prior to surgery. I'd gone through 8 years of failed fertility treatments. I was resistant to Clomid (200mg CD3-7) and responded poorly to 150units of Repronex (CD3-13) did IUI (interuterine insemination) and still didn't get pregnant.
After surgery is a whole other story! At 16m post op we didn't use protection and timed DTD with O according to temps and immediately got pregnant. I had a wonderful pregnancy...no complications at all. When she was 18m I had my IUD pulled and after my 1st natural period did the same thing and immediately got pregnant again. If not for my Mirena IUD right now I'd have regular cycles...something that I never had before (provera had little effect on my pre op).
I had healthy pregnancies and aside from some NSTs (non stress tests) at the end of my 2nd pregnancy due to high blood pressure (which I had prior to pregnancy). I had no gestational diabetes...nothing.
Both of my daughters were born at 39 weeks and were healthy. Alice was 6lb 3oz 19.5in and Amanda was 7lb 12oz 19.25in. Both girls did have a little jaundice after birth but it's totally unrelated to my WLS...turns out we have an incompatable blood type (it's an A, B, O thing). They are almost 4 and 1.5 years old now and doing wonderfully! Oh...and I was able to breastfeed both!
