SURGERY 4/6/10

Good morning!

Sorry I have not been in more of the discussions but most were post op. I am finally having surgery on 4/6/10 and it is a long time coming.

Prayers are needed. Please give me any suggestions as well.

Prayers are with you!!!  Don't know what to tell you for suggestions as I haven't gone yet!!!  :)  So I guess be positive and expect the best!!!

 Hmm Suggestions.. I have a few!
Sip sip sip sip! Keep on sipping! Walk walk walk! The more you walk the better you will feel! Be patient, with yourself. Don't expect too much from yourself! I beat myself up for weeks when things didnt work the way I wanted...
 And the scale, lol. Don't get on it every day! It will drive you crazy! Mine did!
You will do great! Have to let us know when you are home and how things are going! We will make room for you here on the losers bench
