SO how ya doing? I know you said you started your diet? Hows all that going?

The diet is going good I am having no problem sticking to it, just worried about the 4lbs more that I need to lose.  I think my surgeon will be understanding because of how the insurance worked.  Not letting me lose before I was approved.  I did call my Dr. today to see if they heard about the approval too.  They should be calling me back tomorrow.  I can't believe that 3 weeks from today I will be on the loser's bench!  Thanks for the support!
